We are delighted to welcome you at the gala dinner on Wednesday evening at the Château de Pouget. You will have plenty of time to continue your discussions with colleagues in a marvellous site around Montpellier. The menu will be typical of Mediterranean French cuisine and we plan an entertainment concerning wildlife and biodiversity.
We are also glad to announce that a lottery will be organized during the dinner : Lotek Wireless Inc. offers you the chance to win a GPS GSM Telemetry collar. Ask the ONCFS staff for more information (email@example.com).
On Friday, we are proposing you 4 field trips, of different walking difficulty (easy, to difficult).
One of these field trips lasts only Friday morning, for people who would like to take a plane on Friday afternoon. Participants will be back in Montpellier downtown at 12 o’clock.
The other three field trips will last all day long.
To facilitate the organization, except if you choose the half-day field trip, you are asked to classify the 3 whole-day field trips in order of priority. Please mention your first, second, and third choices. Of course, we’ll do our best to provide you with your first choice, within the limit of the number of places available on each site.
For all the field trips, transport and picnic are included in the price.
